Who is this Jake Fowler Guy?
I have been working with Macs since editing the newspaper and yearbook in college, oh so many years ago. My first job out of college was supporting Macs and peripherals for Special Education in the Olathe School District. I started consulting part time in 2001, and formed Jake Fowler Consulting a few years later to pursue a full time career in Macintosh consulting, troubleshooting, and repair. I try to fill the gap between tech support and educating the computer user. I believe in empowering you to understand the problem as well as the solution.Please see my resume for more information.
